Your involvement in shaping housing services is important to us and we value your experience and feedback.

You can get involved by: 

Housing works in partnership with residents at the following representative forums: 

  • Housing Representatives Forum – the central and most senior group for engagement, bringing together elected representatives from TRAs and sheltered housing, as well as block and street champions and service improvement group chairs and vice chairs. 
  • Sheltered Housing Forum – working with us to represent the 21 schemes in the borough

Code of conduct

All of our resident-led groups and forums work to a code of conduct to make sure getting involved is a great experience and that everyone understands acceptable standards of behaviour.

Resident engagement strategy

We are currently working with residents to develop a resident engagement strategy for 2024-29.
