We work with residents who live in street properties and blocks that aren’t part of a larger estate to have a stronger voice and tell us more about what it’s like where they live.
Being a street or block champion is all about making a difference. There are lots of ways you can help.
Here are some things you can do as a street or block champion:
- report issues such as fly tipping, graffiti, litter or communal repairs that are needed
- help us improve our services
- take part in street or block inspections with our staff
- attend local events and meetings
- join in or organise action days
- put on events and activities for you and your neighbours - with our support
- talk to us about ways we can develop your community - and help make it happen!
It is open to all council housing residents who live in street properties or blocks that aren’t part of an estate.
