We work with leaseholders to discuss service delivery, costs and improve performance. We host drop-in leasehold surgeries for leaseholders to speak to staff on various teams across the council, considering all aspects of the landlord’s leasehold functions and services in the borough.
We engage with all council housing leaseholders and freeholders paying service charges.
