Where a concern is raised about an individual young person and there is disagreement about the support to be provided to the young person, the 2 respective parties (social worker and housing officer) should seek to resolve the issue.
If this does not address the specific issue, it should be escalated to the respective managers and then to the respective heads of service and directors if required.
