As a landlord, we have responsibility for maintaining the building and its components so that they are in a good state of repair. Some examples of our landlord responsibilities are:
- structure and main components of the building and exterior of property, including roof, walls, doors, windows, gutters and drains
- gas, water and electricity supply and installations including electrical, gas, central heating, and plumbing
- managing hazards that may present a risk to health
- communal areas
