This policy explains how we carry out reactive and unplanned works.
The policy does not provide an exhaustive list of repairs works that H&F will undertake and H&F reserves the right to carry out any kind of maintenance at our own discretion, regardless of where responsibility for it normally lies.
Any reference to 'we', 'our' or 'us' refers to H&F's Council Housing Department.
'Tenants' means tenants and other occupiers of H&F Council social housing which includes licensees.
