Introductory tenants and sheltered housing tenants cannot sublet part of their home or take in a lodger under any circumstances.
Tenants must not allow their home to become overcrowded by allowing other people to live or stay with them.
Tenants cannot sublet all their home. If they do, we will take legal action against them to repossess their home. The tenant will be in breach of their tenancy agreement and will be committing fraud.
