H&F's parks are especially popular with residents in the summer – as well as their four-legged friends and local wildlife.
Our Parks team and local Friends groups work to keep them looking their best, which helped us win 21 prestigious Green Flag awards recently.

Five H&F parks protected for future generations with Deeds of Dedication
Meanwhile, H&F Council has secured the future of five parks in a legal dedication – ensuring they can only ever be used for the benefit of local residents and wildlife.
Brook Green, Marcus Garvey Park, Normand Park, Upper Mall, and Hammersmith Park each received a Deed of Dedication through Fields in Trust, requested by the council to safeguard the green spaces from future development.
Each deed is a legally binding document, registered with the UK's Land Registry, which permanently ensures the park can only be used for sport and recreational activities and protects it from being sold or leased.
Cllr Sharon Holder, H&F Cabinet Member for Public Realm, said:
No matter why you visit our parks, we all know how important they are to our wellbeing. Whether you use them to relax, exercise, or socialise, we wanted to ensure they continue to serve that purpose for future generations. And we've done just that."
The newly protected parks join Shepherds Bush Green, Lillie Road Recreation Ground and Wendell Park, sites that each received a dedication in 2019.
A Fields in Trust spokesperson added: "H&F boasts many wonderful parks and green spaces, and we're incredibly proud to partner with them to make sure these spaces will always be there to support. They've done a truly remarkable thing for the local community, and future generations will benefit from the actions they have taken today."
