We will ensure that prospective tenants who will be moving into the property once it's ready are kept fully informed about the start date of their tenancy.
We will ensure that all void properties are brought up to our current lettable standard (appendix 1) prior to being let to tenants.
To improve our service all new tenants will receive a survey about the allocations process and standard of their new home.
