Here are some tips to help keep you, your family and your neighbours safe:

  • please dispose of cigarette ends carefully, making sure they are completely extinguished before throwing away
  • please don't throw anything over your balcony or out of windows
  • please don't keep flammable materials on your balcony and try to keep your balcony as clear as possible
  • never use a BBQ on the balcony - this is highly dangerous

Our main concern is always safety first.

WARNING! Batteries can cause a fire

The London Fire Brigade is seeing an alarming increase in fires caused by e-bike and e-scooter batteries.

To keep you and your neighbours safe, please do not store e-bikes and e-scooters in escape routes of your home, on balconies or in communal areas such as hallways.

We also ask you not to charge the batteries in your home. The London Fire Brigade also advise that you always use the correct charger for your batteries and buy any replacement batteries or chargers from a reputable seller.
