Choose Create Account from the top bar.

Select your Account Type
If you need to apply for a residents' and a business parking permit, you will need to create 2 accounts using different email addresses.

Enter your name and contact details – if you want to receive SMS permit expiry reminders you will need to add your mobile number.
The first column has
- Name
- Home and mobile phone numbers
- Password for the account – please make a note of this so that you can log in again if you need to make any changes

Add your address - The second column has the postcode finder – input your postcode and use the "FIND" button to see the addresses listed in your postcode.
Selecting your address will auto-populate the address fields for you.
If you can't find your address in the list, please check that you have entered the correct postcode. Please contact us if your address needs to be added to the list.
Step 6
The third column is for your vehicle.
These details will be used to retrieve your vehicle's CO2 emissions from the DVLA. You can visit the DVLA website to confirm your registration number and the information they hold for your vehicle. https://www.vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/
- First select the type of vehicle
- Then input your registration number. Please check this is correct as this is the registration number that will be on your electronic permit that will be checked by the Enforcement Team. It is important to make sure numbers and letters are correct; for example, do not mix number zero and letter 'O', or number one and letter 'I'.
- Complete the form by inputting the make, model and colour of your vehicle.
- You will be able to add additional vehicles on your account once your account is created.
Step 7
Accept the terms and conditions by ticking the box. Please ensure you read these terms and conditions before accepting.
Submit your application. Your account is now created but will need you to verify it before it becomes active.
Step 10
Verification
- Check your email for an email with a verification link.
- Click the link to verify your email address.
- This will log you into the parking permits portal automatically.
- The link expires in 24 hours, but you can request a new one by trying to log in again.
