If you have an online permit account and are having issues logging on, or the online permit system gives the warning that your email address is already in use, you can request a password reset.

On the log in screen that pops up, there is a "Forgotten your password" option.

Enter your email address and submit.
The email address must be the one you used when you set your account up.
If an account exists with that email address, a password reset email will be sent to that address.
The email will contain a link which allows you to register a new password for your account. The link is valid for 24 hours only

A password reset email will be sent to you. Click on the Reset Password link in the email.

You will be re-directed back to the parking permit portal where you will be asked to enter a new password and confirm it by entering it a second time. You won't be able to use the same password as your last one and the system will ask you to enter a new one.
Step 6
Once you have submitted the new password, you will be redirected to the application homepage and can log in using your new password.
