System user guides for residents' and business parking permits - How to pay for a parking permit

You will have received an email confirming that your permit application has been approved and requires payment.

Step 1

Click on the link labelled Continue to payment page.

Step 2

If you are not already logged into the permit system, please log in. You will then be presented a summary of your permit. Click on the CONTINUE button below that.

Or you can access the payment form from your permit account.

Step 3

A card payment screen will load with the amount pre-filled. Enter your card details, name and address and then click on the SUBMIT PAYMENT button to make payment.

Step 4

Once payment has been confirmed within the online permits system, your permit will be valid and you will receive an email confirming successful payment.
