- Parent and toddler swimming programme from 3 months to 5 years
- Inclusive swimming lessons for children aged 4-16 years and adults
- 1-to-1 or small group swimming lessons to support disabled children aged 4-17 years to start to swim. Any guardian or carer for the child is welcome to attend the swim lesson.
- 18+ years inclusive adult swimming lessons or 1-to-1. Carers or personal assistant to support you during your visit are welcome.

Children between the ages of 4 and 11 with a physical, visual or hearing impairment who cannot currently swim ten metres unaided may be eligible for funded disability swimming lessons through partnership with Level Water.
The fitness centre also offer membership options including Junior Gym, Swim & Sport | Under 18 Junior Membership and Inclusive UK for disabled people 16+ years.

1:1 swimming lesson 30 minutes or 1-hour lessons available.

Royal Society for Blind Children (RSBC) FREE football group for young people with a vision impairment

When: Every first Saturday of the Month 11am to 1.30pm

If you want to meet someone at the station and have them walk with you just get in touch. Parents can go for a walk and come back. Siblings can join the session. Sign up on page to attend the activity.

Cycling and horse-riding
All ability cycling club for people with physical, sensory or learning disabilities, Bikeworks
Bikeworks offers an exciting range of adapted cycles including tricycles, side-by-side cycles, wheelchair-platform cycles and recumbents to have fun.
Where: Little Wormwood Scrubs Park. Dalgarno Gardens entrance to the park, where Dalgarno Gardens meets Brewster Gardens, W10 5LL.
People with complex needs to be accompanied by a friend, carer or support worker.

Therapeutic horse-riding sessions for disabled children at Wormwood Scrubs Pony Centre
Wormwood Scrubs Pony Centre works in collaboration with the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA). That charity provides access to equestrian activities for those with physical and learning disabilities and autism.
When: The centre opens Mon to Sun: 10am to 2pm.
