We moved to a new parking permit system on 3 Feb 2025.
All residents' and business parking permits issued in the year before this date will need to be re-applied for in the new system.
We will send you a reminder letter or email in the month your permit is due to expire with more information and a link to the new system.
You will need to make a new application in the new system and upload any required supporting proofs.
If you are renewing your permit before its expiry date, we will adjust the date on your application to the beginning of next month when we process it.
We are sorry for the inconvenience that this will cause but we think you will find the new system much easier to use.
