Changing your address, your vehicle or just your vehicle registration number
Please note, depending on your vehicle emissions you may be subject to additional charges due to the new emission bandings.
If your new vehicle is a different banding to the vehicle you wish to replace you may be required to submit a new application and claim a refund for your existing permit.
