Showcase your business and get paid at our CommUNITY Day

Your business can earn money by hosting a stall at our CommUNITY Day in Ravenscourt Park on Saturday 20 July, 12pm-6pm.

CommUNITY Day 2019

Hammersmith & Fulham Council's annual CommUNITY Day is our celebration of the people who make H&F great. Now, we need your help.

With around 2,000+ people expected, the event is the perfect opportunity for your business to host a stall and reach local residents with a backdrop of entertainment.

We've got activities for kids, arts and crafts, market stands, food court, live stage performances and roving entertainers, pony rides, have-a-go sports, face painters and more!

Here are a few ways you and your team can get involved:

Host a stall

This is a great opportunity to show residents who you and your business are. You can sell your products, speak about your upcoming projects and give residents a chance to put a face to the name.

Visit our business support desk

We'll also have an experienced business advisor running a stall on the day. They'll be there to answer any questions you may have on the free support and advice available to local H&F businesses. Don't forget to pop by.

Perform

We're looking for talented local performers to entertain the thousands of people joining us on the day. Please send us a quote for a 30- to 45-minute slot.

Volunteer

Set up day will take place on Friday 19 July, and the team need as many hands as possible to put up marquees, hang bunting and prepare the park. It's a great opportunity for team building.

They are also looking for volunteers to help on the event day itself including helping with stage management, traffic control and site management. Volunteering times are flexible, so when you get in touch, please specify the exact times you are free and for how long you are happy to volunteer for.

If you are interested, please send an email to events@lbhf.gov.uk

Our community calendar relies on the help of local organisations to take part. If you would like to donate a monetary sum to the event in exchange for having your logo and business promoted at the event please get in touch with events@lbhf.gov.uk to discuss.
