Hammersmith & Fulham's North End Road Autumn Festival is returning to Fulham on Saturday 24 September and everyone's invited.
Running from 10am-5pm, North End Road south of Lillie Road and into Jerdan Place will be entirely pedestrianised, with more than 120 stalls and free entertainment and fun for all the family.
"We really hope people will enjoy the first car-free North End Road Autumn Festival since Covid," said Cllr Ben Coleman, Deputy Leader of H&F Council.
"There'll be live music, street entertainment and a huge variety of things to eat and buy from over a hundred stalls – including, of course, low-cost, fresh fruit and veg from our fantastic traditional market.
"You can also see how we're improving our historic Fulham high street to make it more welcoming and boost trade."
Live music and a Battle of the Bands
This ultimate Fulham street party will feature five live music stages, as well as a Battle of the Bands competition, with some local favourites performing.
Popular acts will include I, Doris, ZHL Strings, Edna Louise, Don't Wake the Neighbours and Menaura. Sounds will range from reggae to classical, kitchen pop, rock and neo-soul, with singer songwriters and even a Brazilian band.
The Battle of the Bands is kindly sponsored by the Lillie Road ibis hotel, with groups competing for a first prize of £500 and second prize of £250.
The Earls Court Development Company will also be hosting a stage with live entertainment for all the family.
"The North End Road Market has been at the heart of the Hammersmith & Fulham community for over 130 years, providing local people and families with quality produce at affordable prices – something more important now than ever before," said Rebekah Paczek, Director of Public Affairs & Community Relations at The Earls Court Development Company.
"We're delighted to be hosting the Lillie Stage on Saturday 24 September, providing live entertainment throughout the day for all festival-goers. There will also be a dedicated Earls Court stand with members of the team present throughout the day to discuss our emerging proposals. We look forward to seeing as many people as possible at the festival!"
A global feast
Doing what North End Road does best, the festival will have a whole world of street food on offer, with more than 120 stalls for visitors to choose from.
From churros by Cinnamon and Sugar to Korean street food by Food Gangnam Style, Ethiopian food by Taste of Ethiopia London, Greek souvlaki wraps by Little Greece UK, and organic hot dogs and burgers from Pick's Organic Farm, there'll be something for everyone.
If you'd like to sit while you eat, there'll be benches and designated seating areas throughout.
Street fun and sports
You can expect the unexpected from our street entertainers, including grannies on shopping carts and exceptionally tall fishermen with enormous boots.
And Fulham BID will be running a series of sports activities for everyone to get involved.
We look forward to seeing you on the 24th!
