Housing Online is the new service for council tenants and people on the housing register to access housing services.
To access Housing Online, you will need to sign up to My Account if you have not already done so.
My Account is part of the council's website through which you can manage your council tax and benefits as well as Housing Online so you may already have an H&F My Account.
You need to have a housing register reference number or your tenancy reference number to set up a Housing Online account. If you are not a council tenant or on the housing register, please see www.lbhf.gov.uk/housingregister to find out if you are eligible to join.
