If you are a young resident aged 16 and over and you need help looking for a job, these local services and organisations can help.
H&F works
H&F works offers residents one-to-one advice and guidance towards finding work and information about training, apprenticeships, internships, and volunteering options.

For an in-person conversation and help on everything from CVs to interview prep pop in to the Macbeth Centre every Tuesday from 10am to 3pm.
You can get additional support from H&F Works if:
- you are a disabled young person 16-25
- you are in care or are a carer leaver
- you are not studying or working right now

Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation
Young Hammersmith & Fulham Foundation can provide information on youth support and not in work programmes in the borough. The service is available for ALL young residents. They offer direct grants (£250-£500) to support young people's initiatives, including job-seeking activities (subject to funding availability).

The Hays Skills and Learning Academy Programme
The Hays Skills and Learning Academy Programme provides paid opportunities for young people over 18 years old looking for a career in tech including business analysis, cyber security and project management and other related pathways.
No CV required! Hays doesn't ask for a CV. They hire based on potential and passion, rather than previous experience or qualifications.

H&F Adult Learning and Skills Service
The H&F Adult Learning and Skills Service supports residents to gain employment skills and offers learning courses.
It also offers special educational needs provision to support learners to develop and progress into higher level courses, work opportunities, supported employment and have an active life in the community.
