Payments for Penalty Charge Notices can be made via our telephone payments system on 020 7371 5678 at any time, even when our helpline is closed.

Parking is free in all shared use, resident and pay and display bays throughout Hammersmith & Fulham. Other parking restrictions (including yellow lines, disabled bays, pedestrian crossing zig-zag markings, bus stops and diplomatic parking bays) still apply. However, no Council parking enforcement will take place. Motorists should therefore take care not to park in places where their vehicle may cause an obstruction or a danger either to pedestrians, other road users, or to emergency services vehicles. - Bank Holiday Tuesday 26 December 2023
