Cllr Rowan Ree, H&F Cabinet Member for Finance and Reform, said:
We're bringing together investors returns and local improvements in a way that works for everyone. The results speak for themselves – transformed streets, new green spaces, and better value for local taxpayers. It's the future of public sector finance."

H&F Green Investment
The current phase of our green scheme is raising funds to help expand green infrastructure across the borough with rain gardens, wildlife areas, active travel facilities, and measures to tackle toxic air pollution.
You can invest in our green future – even if you don't live or work in H&F.
Every contribution counts towards our current target of £500,000, with nearly £200,000 raised to date.
Investment to date has transformed our borough:
- In Purcell Crescent, Fulham, we've removed 400m2 of tarmac and concrete to create a vibrant green space with natural drainage and dozens of new trees.
- Our new King Street rain gardens are already protecting Hammersmith businesses from flooding while beautifying the area.
- Works are currently underway in Edith Road to create four rain gardens between Glazbury Road and Trevanion Road, turning unused highway space into natural drainage systems.
Coming soon are exciting improvements to Ravenscourt Park nature reserve – share your ideas for the park by 6 April.
