As the NFL season ends and the Six Nations begins, we welcome back to H&F the biggest matches in football and rugby.

England's Rugby Union team begins its Six Nations campaign under Steve Borthwick's leadership as they face Ireland on Saturday 1 February.

Meanwhile, Super Bowl LIX takes place in New Orleans on Sunday 9 February where the champions of the American Football Conference (AFC) and National Football Conference (NFC) will battle it out.

While diehard pigskin fans can even catch the final playoff games on Sunday 26 January at the following venues. Watch the Philadelphia Eagles face off against the underdog Washington Commanders, or the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Buffalo Bills.
