New White City start-up Digipac Consultancy is helping Hammersmith & Fulham businesses become a success online.
Founded by residents Cansu Akyar and Kamile Ozbek in 2020, the Wood Lane business specialises in helping organisations find their target market and grow their digital communications.
They're also offering advice and guidance on business growth for free, with their monthly email newsletter.
"Being long-time residents and supporters of local businesses, we have a vested interest in the community's prosperity," explained Kamile, who first met Cansu while studying at university in Turkey.
"Our team is deeply engaged with the local business ecosystem. We understand its challenges and opportunities, and we're excited about the possibility of using our expertise to forge stronger connections."
Years of experience
Between them Cansu and Kamile have a diverse range of expertise. Cansu specialises in digital marketing, with a focus on conversion rate optimisation and segmentation, and Kamile in digital business development and strategy management.
Both have worked for global companies and small startups, including Vodafone, Procter & Gamble and Insider. And since launching, Digipac has worked with more than 40 brands.
Support from H&F
To help their young business grow Digipac signed up for our free business advice clinics, which held five times a month and are available to all borough-based businesses.
"They were super helpful," added Cansu. "Through those we connected with advisor Paul Kelly, and he suggested several ideas which helped us grow."
Run by four specialist advisors, local businesses can book on for support and guidance on everything from starting a business to how to increase profits. Through these sessions Digipac also learnt about H&F's monthly Networking.London events.
"We'd definitely recommend attending one of their events," said Kamile.
"It's not just another networking event, its unique. People don't just meet once and disappear, they return consistently, creating a community where real, lasting business relationships are built. It's fantastic."
