"H&F's foster parents provide hundreds of children with safety, security and love," said Cllr Alex Sanderson, H&F Cabinet Member for Children and Education.
"Their dedication and commitment is inspiring and truly makes a difference. I can't thank them enough for everything they do to care for our young people."

Nineteen years and counting
Barbara Gordon, 59, has fostered children in H&F for more than 19 years, and isn't stopping any time soon. She originally started as back-up carer for her sister.
"I got to see the positive difference my sister was making and I really enjoyed my time as a back-up carer, it felt like something I could do," Barbara explained.
H&F supports everyone in the fostering system. Each carer has a social worker and a back-up carer so that they can take time off.
Foster carers also have the choice of six different fostering schemes so that their care can work around their lifestyle.
The best decision I made
Over the years Barbara has cared for more than 12 children.
"I truly believe it was the best decision I could have made," she added.
This has included a long-term sibling group who stayed with Barbara until they were each 21. The placement had originally started as holiday respite care.
"I still see them now, they've become part of my family," said Barbara.
"Being a foster carer does come with its challenges but seeing a young person grow is a great feeling. Give it a go, fostering is a job for life, and it is the most rewarding one."
