Hear from our apprentices
Hammersmith resident Simona Nastac is currently earning and learning as an apprentice in the council's internal communications team.
"I was overwhelmed at the start, but the more I've learned and experienced, the more I've developed into my role," she said.
Simona is now just a few months away from completing her apprenticeship. "I've met friendly and helpful colleagues throughout my time here and have really enjoyed giving back to my borough.
"This experience has made me want to continue working in PR and communications in either the public or non-profit sector."
H&F apprentices Luthfur and Asiya talk about their experiences at H&F Council on the following video.
