Fulham Palace will celebrate the change of season with its annual Apple Day event on Sunday 2 October.
Live music, a baking competition, beekeeping sessions and tours of the historic orchard and walled garden at the centuries-old former home of the Bishops of London are planned for the free family event.
Cider making and mixology demos are among new sessions planned for the fun day, with activities spread across Fulham Palace's 13 acres in Bishop's Avenue.
Running from 11am to 3pm, the lively Apple Day celebration will be soundtracked with music from acoustic duo Two Piece Temple, with their instruments including piano, guitar and ukulele.
Younger children can enjoy face painting, hands-on music-making, group craft sessions, storytelling and harvest games featuring life-sized Lego and archery tag.
10th anniversary
Now in its 10th year, the Apple Day event will host a crafts and food market throughout the garden, with local and small businesses showcasing their wares.
Visitors can also try their luck on the tombola, with all proceeds going towards supporting the Palace.
Baking superstars can share their culinary prowess in an apple cake baking competition, with categories for adults and juniors under 16.
"After 10 exciting years, the event continues to grow bigger and better each time and we couldn't be more excited," explained Anja Herman, Apple Day organiser at Fulham Palace.
"This year we are delighted to bring back all the old favourites while also introducing new activities such as cider making and mixology demos.
"Our historic walled garden will become a fun zone with our harvest games, tours, crafts, face painting, storytelling and picnicking. And our market will have a lovely variety on offer."
Pre-booked tickets are free, with on the day tickets priced at £3 for adults and £1 for children.
