The referral process
The school teacher or the SENCO who is a designated staff member in a school to oversee and coordinate support for SEND children and young people can assist parents with a CYPOT referral.
In H&F the occupational therapy provision for children with an education, health and care (EHC) plan is provided by special education needs occupational therapy (SEN OT) services. See the referral information link on the CYPOT website.
