We have launched a survey to help us get a better understanding of the needs and hopes of our autistic community in Hammersmith & Fulham.
The findings of the survey will help us develop an ambitious and innovative strategy to 'make Hammersmith & Fulham and autism friendly borough’.
The more people who complete the survey, the richer the picture we will have to help us create our strategy.
