Activities for children and young people

The Family Hub Stephen Wiltshire Centre provides activities for children and young people with special educational needs. It offers drop-ins, group sessions and short breaks including specialist disability after-school clubs, weekend and holiday play schemes.

The Family Hub Old Oak Community Centre offers :

  • Little Explorers, a learn and play session for children with SEND. A group for families with under 5s who have SEND to relax in a learn and play session with professionals on hand to offer support. Tuesdays 10am to 11.30 am during term time.
  • Mini Sparks (Royal College of Music). A non-verbal music sessions for families with children 1 year to 4 years old who have SEND. This is a 6-week programme and all sessions need to be attended.

Youth projects, activities and services includes information about Action on Disability – a programme of activities for young disabled people which includes arts, cooking and music production based at the Greswell Centre in Fulham.
