Shape your future workforce with apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are a cost-effective way to mould local talent to the needs of your business. Eighty-six per cent of employers (GOV.UK) have said that apprenticeships have helped them develop skills relevant to their organisation.

Offer work experience placements
Work experience offers young people a valuable opportunity to gain experience of the workplace and decide on their future career path.
Care leavers and long-term unemployed adults often face increased difficulties in accessing work experience.
By providing this vital link, you can help open the doors to future employment opportunities.

Upskill your workforce
Our adult education team can support you to upskill your workforce by providing free, accredited training courses from ESOL to digital literacy.
Diversify your workforce with supported internships
People with disabilities account for 23% of the UK population but only 53% are employed. Supported internships are a great way to offer vital work experience as a route into permanent employment. It will also help you diversify your workforce while learning about the needs of Disabled people.
Action on Disability (AoD) and West London College (WLC) deliver the Supported Internship Programme for young adults (aged 16-24).

Be part of our Reveal events
Our education team hold regular Reveal events that bring together schools and businesses with the aim of raising aspirations and widening career pathways. These events require only a couple of hours of staff time at no cost to your company and would be ideal for any staff members who are reluctant volunteers.
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI)
We offer a range of diversity events including Pride, Black History Month and International Day of the Girl. You can work with us by providing external speakers and/or co-producing events with us. As part of our EDI offer, we can also provide presentations in your office on hate crime and modern-day slavery.

Wellbeing – help your staff to thrive
