Lillie Road is home to over 20 specialised independent antique, art and interiors dealers who supply private customers as well as interior designers, decorators and stylists. The Lillie Road Association has put in place a clear action plan, with a focus on branding and marketing.
Some of their achievements so far have been:
- Christmas shopping event in 2022 with seasonal shop displays, a late night shopping event, and private viewings for key customers.
- A new unified Lillie Road Arts and Antiques Quarter branding identity with promotional postcards and colourful corex boards displayed on lampposts to draw the eye and attract discerning customers.
- A double page spread in a specialised trade magazine Antiques Gazette for the Christmas 2023 issue.
- New Instagram account with an ever growing following lillieroad.
- A unified Lillie Road Arts & Antiques Quarter website available to use by all the traders to promote their business and new stock.
The group is currently working towards a plan for more events to be organised.
