Last summer, Hammersmith & Fulham Council's Parks Team conducted a parks customer satisfaction survey to gather feedback on the current performance of the parks service and to understand the areas that can be improved.
The survey was held online via the council's H&F Have Your Say consultation portal. It was promoted online via the council website and through various social media and newsletter posts. The online survey was also shared with Friends Groups and their members.
Over the consultation period we received 495 responses, with 86.3% scoring the overall quality of all council parks as satisfactory or above.
