London Skills Academy works with young people age 14-19 who are Not in Education, Employment and Training (NEET) or at risk of becoming NEET, this is subject to funding and meeting funders' eligibility criteria.
We offer Free accredited courses to 16-19 year olds in Web-Design, PC Repair & Maintenance, PC Networking, ICT (Office Skills), Skills for Life (Maths & English) up to level 3 and Personal & Social Skills.
Other activities include trips to Theme parks; Rock climbing, Paintballing, Cinema, Museums, Sports.
Careers education & guidance, IAG, Work placement and networking between students and prospective employers is also provided.
We also offer vocational options to 14-16 years old school pupils who are at risk of becoming NEET (sponsored by referral agencies).
Open Learning (Fridays). Drop-in use of the ICT suite, internet, email and software packages supported by tutors.
