A London-wide charity that works with children and young people aged 8 to 18+ who come from local communities, disadvantaged backgrounds and/or have complex needs.

Living with Equal Opportunities is a local charity based in Hammersmith & Fulham that supports children and young adults 8 to 18+ years with special educational needs (SEN) and their families. The organisation offers specialised SEN provision and supports high needs. The service is also open to referrals from RBKC, Westminster and Ealing.

Access the service via the Disabled Children's Team , Contact Adult Social Care . Please ask the NHS professionals working with the child/ with you for a referral, or through direct payments. To learn more I need help with direct payments

Living with Equal Opportunities' offer includes:

The Antony Lillis project for Vulnerable young people. (8 to 18+ years old)

The project proposes activities, opportunities, and experiences for our young people while teaching them skills for life and encouraging independence. Activities include arts and crafts, cooking, sensory and messy play, spending time in the community and local trips such as trampolining and swimming.

  • Saturdays and Sundays term time
  • 7 days a week in school holidays
  • after school provision
  • daytime support for those young people who are no longer in full-time education on weekdays during term time

Hours

Day service, weekends and holiday provision opening times 10am to 4pm | After-school club opening times are 2.45pm to 6pm
