The Children's Rights Service is for anyone under 25 who gets help from social services. We work with children and young people who live in childrens homes or in foster care and those in boarding schools, hospitals and secure units.
The service also works to promote good practice in respect of Children's rights with social workers, managers and other professionals working within the social care division of Hammersmith & Fulham.
