The Bridging the Gap course

A unique opportunity for parents and carers and their pre-teen or teen to explore the journey towards independence together.

Do you have a child in year 7, 8 or 9? Looking to build your confidence in leading your child through adolescence?

This course gives parents and carers the opportunity to understand the needs of their pre-teen or teen . They will learn alongside their child who also needs to attend the course, giving them the opportunity to learn together which will allow them to form a firm foundation for further discussion at home.

They will learn about independence, money, internet and mobile phone safety, emotions and resilience in a fun and informative way.

The courses take place at White City Community Centre, Parkview Centre for Health and the Wellbeing and Masbro Centre,
