Transparency

Publication of payments to senior officers, councillors, suppliers and on contracts, as well as information on meetings and council organisation and financial information.

We are working to radically improve the accessibility, relevance and value of data on our spending, revealing more detailed information than ever before on where the public's money goes.

What are the transparency requirements?

The Local Government Transparency Code requires local authorities in England to publish information related to specific themes. Local government transparency code 2015 - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
