Your data rights and how we use your data
You have certain rights about the information we hold about you - what we use it for, how long we keep it and who we share it with.
Data protection law (Data Protection Act 2018 and UK General Data Protection Regulation) gives you these rights and sets out our responsibilities when using your data.

Transparency
We publish key information on our transparency section of our website and through our publication scheme.
Freedom of information
You have the right to request information held by public authorities, including H&F. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004 give you these rights.
We regularly publish large amounts of information on our website which is readily available and free to download.
