Parsons Green and Sandford ward is located in the borough's south sub-region of Hammersmith & Fulham.

It is bordered by Sands End to the south and Walham Green to the north.

The ward is almost entirely residential in character, with most commercial premises situated alongside New Kings Road and Kings Road, two commercial hubs.

It is generally a very affluent area with half of residents being owner-occupiers while 16% live in social rented accommodation.

The ward population has decreased by 5% over the past 10 years. The overall population is young and middle-aged, healthy and skilled. Over two-thirds of residents aged 16+ have a level 4 qualification (degree level).
