Fulham Town ward is located in the south sub-region of Hammersmith & Fulham.

Before 2022, the Fulham Town ward was part of the Town Ward. Located in the ward is Parsons Green Underground Station, serviced by the District line.

The ward is almost entirely residential in character, with most commercial premises situated alongside Fulham Road and New King's Road.

It is one of the smaller wards in H&F, and over the past 10 years, there has been a 5% decrease in population size.

It has a large working-age population with over 44% of residents living in private accommodation and 40% are owner-occupiers.

The ward is generally a very affluent area. The overall population is middle-aged and young, single, healthy and very skilled. 51% of residents are employed as managers, directors, senior officials or in professional occupations. 69% of residents 16+ have a level 4 qualification (degree level).
