Because waste fluctuates, we offer a flexible service that allows customers to increase or decrease their collection service. This helps to lower your costs and gives you flexibility.
If your waste requirements change, our expert staff are available to discuss the best services for you and to arrange any changes. Please call 020 8753 3021 or email commercialwaste@lbhf.gov.uk . Once you have signed and returned the revised contract to us, we will arrange the rest and confirm the start date of your revised service. A new invoice will be raised to reflect the change.
Important changes to business waste
The Separation of Waste (England) Regulations 2025 came into effect on 31 March 2025 and requires businesses to separate their recycling and food waste from their general waste. Cancelling your waste collection service
If you wish to cancel your service with us, you need to put this in writing. The easiest way to do this is by sending an email to commercialwaste@lbhf.gov.uk
All cancellations are subject to a 3-month cancellation notice. If you are selling of closing your businesses, please tell us as soon as possible, even if you do not know the exact date you wish to cancel.
