The Parsons Green Business Association has evolved from the local Neighbourhood Watch into a fully-fledged business association that aims to provide businesses around Parsons Green and the New Kings Road with a voice.
Their key aims are safety, security and local improvements, as well as bringing businesses together to collaborate and support each other.
Here are some of the projects that the PGBA is working on and have achieved:
- They have requested and obtained increased temporary CCTV coverage
- The PGBA have designed a brand new website, showcasing the local area and its businesses.
- They have worked closely with the council on greening the local area and increasing the biodiversity of green spaces.
- They are working on promotional strategies to increase footfall to their beautiful village in the heart of London.
- They are also collaborating to support more events on the green including Christmas celebrations.
