An Article 4 Direction restricting some permitted development rights has also been made on Railway Cottages, Sulgrave Road since the conservation area character profile was produced. For more details please contact the Urban Design and Conservation Team.
The conservation area has been extended since the character profile was published on 2 July 2002 and 18 July 2017 and some properties have been transferred to the Lakeside/Sinclair/Blythe Road Conservation Area. Details of the boundary changes that took effect on 18 July 2017 are shown on the map below.
