The statutory list entry for Blythe House, 23 Blythe Road has been amended by the Secretary of State since the character profile was published and some elements of the site are now specifically excluded from statutory listing, these have reverted to their previous designation as Buildings of Merit. For more details please contact the Urban Design and Conservation Team.
Since the character profile was published, some properties were transferred to the Lakeside/Sinclair/Blythe Road Conservation Area with effect from 18 July 2017. Details of the changes are shown on the map below.
