WLBC is a place where everyone can meditate and deepen their practice.
They offer something for everyone – locals and Londoners everywhere, of whatever background or religion. They have a calendar of classes, courses and workshops in mindfulness, buddhism, meditation, yoga and qigong. They hold regular concerts, some poetry readings, literary events and give great talks.
There are special groups for young people, newcomers and long term practitioners.
