It is important that you satisfy yourself that you will receive the service which you need, and that it will be of a high standard. We recommend that you refer to the following websites when deciding which home care agency to use.
The Care Quality Commission website – they inspect home care agencies regularly and publish their inspection reports online, highlighting what an agency does well and where there is a need for improvement.
The NHS Choices website – they allow you to search for home care agencies in your area, to see what other people have said about them, and to rate them yourself based on your experiences.
