Together: Working for Well Being

A national charity providing services in the community and hospital for people with mental health needs and their families.

Range of mental health services

Their services meet the different needs of approximately 4,000 adults a month:

Your Way, their model of personalised community support, provides individually-tailored support that lets people lead their own journey to better wellbeing.

Having a suitable place to live is central to recovery from mental distress. Together offer a range of accommodation based support to cater to different needs. This includes 24-hour CQC-registered residential services and supported accommodation.

They provide Criminal Justice Mental Health services by working with legal agencies such as the courts and probation services to make sure people with mental health problems are appropriately supported within the criminal justice system.

Through the advocacy work, they represent people with mental health problems to their communities and to specialist and secure hospitals.
