Table Tennis England is the governing body of table tennis in England, responsible for representing, co-ordinating, administering, marketing and developing the sport in close co-operation with related bodies such as the English Schools Table Tennis Association (ESTTA) and the British Table Tennis Association for People with Disabilities (BTTAD).

Vision
To provide an environment that promotes and supports active, lifelong participation in table tennis at all levels whilst striving to identify and develop Commonwealth, European, World and Olympic/Paralympic champions.

Mission
Working in partnership to create opportunities for everyone to enjoy the game of table tennis, to stay in the sport and achieve their full potential.

Role
1. To be the strategic lead for the development of table tennis in England.
2. To make focused investments to deliver most effective outcomes from the Whole Sport Plan.
3. To provide advice, support and knowledge to our members, customers and partners.
4. To inform, influence and persuade public opinion and key decision makers in sport of the benefits to society from participation and investment in table tennis.

Table Tennis for People with Disabilities

Table Tennis England is committed to change the culture and structure of table tennis to ensure it becomes equally accessible to everyone in society whatever their race, gender, ability, ethnic origin, social status or sexual orientation. The aim of the association is to provide a structure within table tennis which will allow people with disabilities to participate in our sport:

  • in the venue of their choice
  • to the level of their choice
  • to access the coaching and support they need
