The St Martin-in-the-Fields Charity helps homeless and vulnerably housed people. They are best known for their annual BBC Radio 4 Christmas Appeal with St Martin-in-the-Fields.

- The Connection at St Martin-in-the-Fields
The Connection at St Martin's, a homelessness centre next to Trafalgar Square, encourages people on the streets to accept help. For some this can take months, or even years, but it's the persistence, and not giving up, which is the catalyst for change in people's lives. Once accessing the service each person is supported by a keyworker towards independent living.The centre operates around the clock helping over 200 homeless people a day. - and across the UK through the Vicar's Relief Fund (VRF)
The VRF provides small crisis grants of up to £350 to support people who are at risk of, or currently experiencing homelessness or vulnerable housing, to establish and maintain their tenancies. Types of applications include funding to secure accommodation and to clear rent arrears following an eviction notice. - and the Frontline Network
Supporting frontline workers from Voluntary, Statutory and Public Sectors undertaking diverse roles including Resettlement or Outreach Workers, Supported Housing Officers, Mental Health Teams, Drug and Alcohol Support, GP's, Probation, Social Workers, Prison In-Reach Workers, Police, Nurses, other Health professionals.
